During our recent visit, we had the chance to meet founder Andrea Williams, and it quickly became one of those places that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile.
Andrea was incredibly kind and took the time to answer our questions about plant care, making the experience feel personal instead of intimidating. Indy Plant Room was created from Andrea’s own journey with plants and wellness. With a background in Human Development and Family Studies from Indiana University, she has expanded the shop beyond retail by offering wellness workshops, community events, children’s activities, corporate experiences, retreats, private celebrations, and educational sessions that encourage people to reconnect with themselves through nature.

One of our favorite things about Indy Plant Room is its location inside CAMi. You can spend time exploring the contemporary art galleries, discover local artists, and then stop by the shop to pick up a new plant before heading home. It makes for a relaxing afternoon and a great way to support two incredible local experiences at once.
