If you’re looking for bold flavors and crispy perfection, CM Korean Fried Chicken in Fishers is a must-visit. We were invited to try some of their signature dishes, and every bite was a reminder of why Korean comfort food has become so popular in Indiana.
From the moment we arrived, the staff’s friendly and attentive service made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is casual yet vibrant — perfect for a fun lunch or dinner with friends.
We started with the Corn Cheese French Fries, a fun and cheesy twist that combines creamy corn and melted cheese over perfectly crisp fries. It’s the ultimate comfort appetizer — rich, flavorful, and addictive.
Next came the Mozzarella Potato & Corn Dog, one of Korea’s most loved street snacks. Crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy on the inside — this one instantly became a favorite.
Of course, the highlight was the Original Fried Chicken. The Garlic Soy Tenders were crispy, juicy, and coated in a savory sauce that balanced sweetness and umami perfectly. The Honey Garlic Wings were another winner — sweet, sticky, and flavorful down to the last bite.
We also tried the CM Signature Chicken Sandwich, featuring crispy chicken topped with homemade coleslaw mixed in their signature lemon salt dressing. It’s a burst of tangy and crunchy freshness in every bite — definitely a must-try!
For something more traditional, the Rose Tteok-Bokki is a standout dish. This creamy, mildly spicy version of Korea’s beloved rice cakes and fish cakes hits the spot with its comforting texture and balanced flavor.
The overall experience was wonderful — great food, great service, and a cozy atmosphere. The team at CM Korean Fried Chicken made sure everything was perfect.
We’ve also ordered from their Broad Ripple location before and loved it just as much. Unfortunately, during one of our past content sessions, we lost our camera memory and couldn’t recover the footage — but trust us, this place deserves the spotlight!
