The Cake Bake Shop® by Gwendolyn Rogers has officially landed at Disney’s BoardWalk, and it’s just as magical as you’d imagine! 💫
If you’re an Indiana local or a fan of all things sweet and magical, you’ll want to check out the newly opened Cake Bake Shop® by Gwendolyn Rogers at Disney’s BoardWalk in Walt Disney World® Resort. Known for its dreamy décor and signature cakes, this marks the third location of the beloved Indiana-based shop, and we were beyond excited to visit during our trip.
From the moment you step inside, it feels like you’ve been transported into a whimsical wonderland. Every inch of the space is adorned with beautiful details, including chandeliers that sparkle with over 100 crystals, pastel hues, and elegant cake displays. Whether you’re there for a quick dessert or a full dining experience, the atmosphere alone makes it worth the visit.
This new location keeps the same magical charm that has made the original Indiana stores famous, and it’s already a hit among visitors. While we couldn’t resist sampling some of their classic desserts (the cake, of course, is a must), we’ll definitely be back soon for a full food review! And the best part? You can now book your reservations online via their website or OpenTable.
If you’re planning a visit, here’s what you need to know about the opening hours. The restaurant operates daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., with breakfast available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and lunch and dinner served from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The bakery is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., so whether you’re stopping by for a quick treat or a full meal, there’s plenty of time to indulge.
As for getting there, The Cake Bake Shop® is located at Disney’s BoardWalk (2101 Epcot Resorts Blvd, Bay Lake, FL 32830). Keep in mind that GPS may suggest driving directly to the shop, but vehicle access isn’t available. Guests with reservations should park at Disney’s BoardWalk and show their reservation to security. For those without reservations, it’s best to park at Epcot or nearby resorts and walk, as pedestrian pathways provide the only direct access to the shop.
