Sweetgreen Is Now Open in Zionsville and We Tried the New High-Protein Wraps

There’s a new reason to head to Sylo Crossing. We were invited to the opening week of Sweetgreen – 11555 Sylo Crossing in Zionsville, and the energy felt fresh from the moment we walked in. Bright, modern, and full of that clean aesthetic Sweetgreen is known for, this new location instantly fits into the growing Zionsville food scene. It’s welcoming, fast-casual, and designed for everything from a quick lunch break to a casual dinner stop after work.

Located at 11555 Sylo Crossing, Zionsville, IN 46077, this new Sweetgreen is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., making it an easy go-to any day of the week.

The New Protein-Packed Wraps

One of the biggest highlights of this opening is Sweetgreen’s brand-new wrap lineup — and they’re not playing around. Each wrap packs 40+ grams of protein and layers bold flavors with scratch-made ingredients and satisfying textures.

The lineup includes:

  • Classic Chicken Caesar – antibiotic-free roasted chicken, parmesan crisps, shaved parmesan, garlic breadcrumbs, chopped romaine, caesar dressing, and a squeeze of lemon.

  • Chicken Jalapeño Ranch – blackened chicken, corn salsa, white cheddar, pickled onions, tortilla chips, white rice, and charred jalapeño ranch.

  • Chicken Salad Bacon Club – green goddess chicken salad, crumbled bacon, avocado, garlic breadcrumbs, tomatoes, chopped romaine, and garlic aioli.

We tried the Chicken Salad Bacon Club, and honestly — it was exquisite. The green goddess chicken salad was creamy but fresh, the bacon added the perfect crunch, and the avocado made every bite feel balanced and rich without being heavy. It’s one of those wraps that feels indulgent but still completely wholesome.

Crispy Rice Bowl Done Right

In addition to the wrap, we ordered the Crispy Rice Bowl with blackened chicken — and it delivered. The bowl features crispy rice layered with wild rice and spring mix, plus raw carrots, shredded cabbage, cucumbers, cilantro, and roasted almonds.

The textures were everything. You get crunch from the crispy rice and almonds, freshness from the veggies, and bold flavor from the blackened chicken. It’s colorful, filling, and feels thoughtfully built rather than just tossed together.

Opening Week Details & Special Touches

Today, February 26 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., guests could build a complimentary micro-bouquet with Blooms by Dragonfly while grabbing their greens — and yes, we walked out with the most beautiful little bouquet. It was such a creative and community-focused touch for opening week.

They also gifted us some fun stickers and a mini tote, which made the experience feel even more special. Sweetgreen continues to show that opening a new location isn’t just about food — it’s about creating a moment.
