The large industrial windows fill the bakery with natural light, while the modern interior offers plenty of comfortable seating for working, reading, or catching up with friends. During warmer months, the outdoor patio inside The Stutz courtyard makes it an even better destination for a slow morning downtown.

The bakery also features a thoughtfully curated market with local products, specialty groceries, frozen meals, snacks, and pantry staples—perfect if you want to take a little something home.

What We Tried

As always, the pastries were outstanding.

Our favorites included:

• Capocollo Twist
• Ham & Cheddar Biscuit
• Chocolate Croissant, filled with rich dark chocolate and perfectly flaky layers.
• Browned Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie, dense, buttery, and easily one of the best cookies we’ve had.

For coffee, we ordered the seasonal Lavender Signature Iced Coffee, which balanced floral notes with a smooth espresso flavor and was incredibly refreshing for a summer morning.
