“yoga means “to join” or “to unite”, which represents the union between mind-body-spirit

After December 11th 2014, the United Nations proclaimed June 21st as the International Day of Yoga, this day focuses on creating awareness on the benefits of practicing yoga.

The word yoga means “to join” or “to unite” (Sanskrit root Yuj) which represents the union between mind-body-spirit, through different movements (asanas) and breathing exercises it helps you achieve physical fitness, stress-relief, relaxation and meditation.

It’s a great activity if you want to improve your flexibility, strength, control of body -mind, balance and universal harmony.

Después del 11 de Diciembre del 2014, las Naciones Unidas proclamaron el 21 de Junio como Día Internacional del Yoga, este día se enfoca en crear conciencia sobre los beneficios de practicar Yoga para la salud.

La palabra Yoga en Sanskrit Root Yuj, significa, “unir” o “unión” de la mente- cuerpo- espíritu, a través de movimientos (llamados asanas) y ejercicios de respiración que te ayudan a alcanzar aptitudes físicas, el alivio del estrés, relajación y meditación.

Es una excelente actividad si quieres mejorar tu flexibilidad, fuerza, control de mente – cuerpo, balance y armonía en general.
