We had the privilege of taking an exclusive tour with Jullies, the CEO, who walked us through the entire whiskey-making process from grain to glass. We saw firsthand how Indiana-grown corn is turned into high-quality whiskey, from fermentation and distillation to the aging process in barrels.
One of the most exciting parts of the tour was the Barrel Thieving Tour, where we tasted whiskey straight from the barrel. This hands-on experience gave us a unique look at how whiskey matures over time, soaking up all the flavors from the charred oak barrels.
