We spent our Tuesday evening doing something a little different in downtown Indy: yoga, breathwork and a cold plunge with the Indiana Fever.
Flow and Freeze with the Fever took over Morris Bicentennial Plaza for a free community wellness event presented by WeShare Health. The evening started with a 30-minute mobility, breathwork and yoga session led by Invoke Studio before everyone had the chance to try a cold plunge from SWTHZ.
Indiana Fever guard Lexie Hull joined the experience along with Freddy, making it a fun opportunity for Fever fans to experience something outside of Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Guests also received yoga mats and T-shirts, with raffles for Fever tickets and merchandise throughout the evening.
The event was presented by WeShare Health, a nonprofit healthcare sharing organization focused on making healthcare simpler, more affordable and more human. Unlike traditional health insurance, healthcare sharing allows members to contribute monthly toward one another’s eligible medical expenses.
It was a fun way to spend an hour downtown, try something new and see a different side of the Fever community.
